The power of crystals and smoke cleansing with various plant allies is undeniable and I have hand-picked options that I think will be powerhouse additions to your wellness journey. Additionally, every bundle is given a thorough cleansing and clearing and is then infused with Reiki. I program every bundle with your specific intention taking your clearing and manifesting to a whole new level.

〰 Smoke cleansing with sage is an ancient and powerful practice used to clear your space, open your mind, and ground your body. By releasing negative ions and cleansing the air of 90% of airborne bacteria, you raise your inner and outer vibrations. Open a window to release any stagnant or negative energies.

〰 Copal incense is an aromatic tree resin burned to strengthen your spiritual connection to your inner power.

〰 South American palo santo or "holy wood" is a very healing, therapeutic, and potent energy cleanser.

INSTRUCTIONS:
When using sacred plant allies, light at a 45-degree angle and allow to burn until it smolders. Blow out the flame and move the smoke around your space, your body, and your crystals while meditating upon and/or speaking your intentions. While I recommend using each tool separately, smoke cleansing with sage, incense, and/or palo santo can be a daily practice.
